This is no different from education. Nowadays more and more parents turn to home school teaching. Options abound everywhere and these options do benefit these parents and students. Then there is also the Classical education method, which uses Trivium or three part process of mind training. The early years of school are for absorbing facts systematically laying the foundation for advance study, then in the middle age they learn to do arguments and in high school they learn how to express themselves. Eclectic home school method is the one which focus at things at different perspective and forms the unique philosophy. You can also use the Montessori approach in which learning is a natural, self directed process which follows certain fundamental laws of nature. If your both spiritually and scientifically inclined, you might want to consider the Waldorf education method.
